In this episode Breanna is joined by Catherine (Cat) Reynolds, a Tea Ceremonialist and Nature Mystic. she is a wildling, an animist, and a daughter of the forest. Together they explore their roles as guides of practice and space holders, what those roles mean to them and how they have evolved into them. Among many other pathways this conversation covered, they also discuss tea ceremonies and how Cat's journey with tea has shaped who she is today, as well as the beauty and potency of claiming our own titles for our work in the world, how they have each been growing into that kind of honouring of self and service and the freedom it creates.
