A State of Flux means a situation that is continuously changing, unstable or uncertain... If that doesn't describe the current situation we all exist in I don't know what does. Overwatch came to discuss the current state of chaos, a week ago we were going to talk about a different chaos however that changed as it often does of late. This one got a little raw however these are conversations that need to be had.

We're going to round out 2025 with The Hogan Tribute, a episode dedicated to a good friend of the show, Brian Hogan. We shared some fun stories, lessons learnt and perspectives shared from his life. Considering the topic it was a good conversation and a fitting tribute to a brother of show who will be sorely missed, may he Rest In Peace.

In this episode we dive back into the Missing Link by Richard Cassaro, continuing the research into the Triptych and gaining a better understanding of the symbolism we see around us every day... This week we have a story of struggle, vulnerability and courage... We welcomed Leigh into the Sanctum for this episode to discuss his mental health journey and subsequent suicide attempts. I applaud Leigh for coming on to discuss this, the strength it takes to speak about these topics in an open form like this can't be understated...
