No matter how busy life feels, I want you to pause… and simply abide.

In this episode, I share what I learned during a recent retreat... how to truly sit in the presence of God. We read through John 15 and replaced the word remain with the word abide… and everything changed. To abide means to dwell, to carry the presence of God through every moment... not just in prayer, but in the quiet, busy, and everyday moments in life as well.

When we learn to abide, confidence returns. Confidence doesn’t come from titles, accomplishments, or perfection... it comes from knowing that God is with you, and you are with Him. As you walk, work, respond to others, and even take care of minor tasks, He’s right there.

This episode is your reminder: Get your confidence back! Abide in God. The one who abides in Him will find peace… because when you walk with God, you walk in unshakable confidence!

It’s time to break negative patterns and stop repeating cycles that are holding you back. Important tip I left out: We have to be very intentional about the seeds we are planting in our garden. Whatever you plant… will grow! If you concentrate on everything that is wrong, and constantly reproduce negative thought patterns, you will produce the same results because you are just that powerful in the spirit as an heir of God!

No matter what life looks like right now, no matter how deep the valleys or how loud the doubts, I want you to know: Greatness has always been within you.

In Chapter 20 of my book "necessary." I pour out the truth that so many of us need to hear. Greatness does not lay atop the soil. Sometimes we have to dig through trials and hardships to discover Greatness, but Greatness was always there… through every setback, through every moment you felt powerless.

I thought hiding my greatness would make others comfortable, but it only dimmed my own light.

I’ve spent countless hours reading my Bible, asking God to lift my troubles and give me courage to pursue His vision. God reminded me: He has plans to prosper me, not to harm me. Slowly, I let my light shine brighter. Darkness couldn’t keep me down.

This is my reminder to you: No more shrinking. No more hiding. You were made to thrive, to shine, to remember exactly who God created you to be. Let’s unlock your greatness together...because Greatness has been there all along.

I pray today marks the END of shame and condemnation in your life. There is no more shame. There is no more self-condemnation. God is greater!

Let’s examine Psalm 34 and Luke 15.

Correction: One of the additional verses I quoted was Galatians 5:19-21 (not Galatians 6, as stated during this recording).

God reminds us that those who look to Him are radiant, and our faces are never to be covered with shame. The Lord reminds us that no one will be condemned who takes refuge in Him.

Be encouraged my dear sisters and brothers. Let go of shame, guilt, and self-condemning thoughts. Trust that God desires to prosper you and is full of love, compassion, and grace when we turn to Him.
