But after a life-changing decision to go Whole Food Plant-Based—losing an incredible 160 pounds in the process—Jeremy shifted some of his creative energy toward helping others.

Through his popular YouTube channel, Plant-Based with Jeremy, and his new cookbook, PB with J: Family Favourites, he’s making plant-based living approachable, fun, and downright delicious.
