Are you a Christian wife who's struggling in your marriage? Feeling alone, disconnected, or stuck in the same fights? Feeling the weight of arguments, constant fighting, and resentment in a marriage?
Yeah, that was me too.

Your marriage may feel hard right now, but it doesn’t have to stay that way. You may feel completely disconnected or withdrawn, but being UNITED is possible for your marriage! I was married at 18, after having a baby, and had no family support while I navigated it all. Yet, as a young wife, I was still able to go from constant arguing, crying, and pain to thriving in my marriage. How? Well, this podcast is all about the first step on the journey, which is unifying your marriage. Connected Christian Couples (aka the two people who make up a "United Marriage") need to know how to communicate.

In this podcast, I will walk you through the biblical design for marriage, teach you how to be a biblical wife, and bring my husband on occasionally so you can grab your husband and have a moment to be united as you listen to the show and grow together.

Welcome to The United Christian Marriage Podcast, where we teach how to truly become ONE in your marriage. We talk about the real issues that are keeping you feeling alone and divided in your marriage, and provide practical steps to overcome them so you can have a United Marriage. You know the kind where you can't wait to be with your spouse, and you both light up when you are in the same room!

We do this by teaching self-coaching (communication) tools, biblical wisdom, and our real-life experience on how you can grow yourself as a person, a wife, and make a real impact on your marriage.

This is bigger than marriage, though, because healed marriages heal people. Your marriage is a testimony for Christ, so let's make it a good one!

Whether you’re searching for Christian marriage help, biblical advice, or solutions for conflict, intimacy, and communication, this podcast is for you. These tools don't just grow you as a wife, they grow you as a person, which has an effect on your spouse, your kids, your community, etc.

    Nov 6 2025

Do you ever feel like no matter how much you plan, there’s never enough time? Like your to-do list keeps growing, but your quality time with your spouse keeps shrinking? Are you stewarding your marriage and time well? Or have you slipped into the enemy's trap of distraction and division? Listen to learn what God Taught Micaiah Gray and Lissa Figgans About Time, Productivity, Marriage, and the Lie of Busyness.

In this powerful conversation, Lissa Figgins shares why “time management” isn’t working—and what God really wants us to do instead. As a recovering busy-ness owner, Lissa helps Christian women stop trying to control time and start partnering with the One who created it.

She’ll show you how to shift from managing your time to stewarding it, how to stop living in hurry-mode, and how one simple question—“What is it time for?”—can change everything about the way you show up for your marriage, your kids, and your calling.

If you’ve ever felt stretched thin, constantly behind, or guilty for not doing enough, this episode will help you breathe again. You’ll walk away with a heart reset and a whole new way to look at your days.
