Unburdened // Clark Buys // Jesus overturning tables: Structures of sin

In this talk from the Unburdened series, we explore how sin is not only personal or private, but can become embedded in the systems that shape our world, what theologians call structures of sin. Reflecting on Jesus overturning the tables in the temple, we consider exploitation, exclusion, and corruption, and how discipleship today invites us into reckoning with our complicity, prophetic disruption, and hopeful participation in God’s work of renewing all things.
