4th watch Publishing currently has over 1,300 titles in our catalog. We publish U.S. military field manuals, ATPs, TCs, TMs and other training materials. We also publish Coast Guard, FEMA, SEC, Justice Department publications. Most of these documents are only available in electronic format so we publish them so our customers do not have to print them out themselves. Now we are beginning to make these publications available in audio format at no cost. To do this, we need sponsors.
