USF Cougar Sports Show Episode One March 1 2023

In August of 2022 Athletic Director Pam Grohl announced the return of wrestling to the University of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.  Shortly after, head men's and women's wrestling coaches were hired.  On today's show, Host Abby Whittington talks with both coaches about what it's been like building these new programs, recruiting quality wrestlers, joining the NSIC and what they are expecting the 2023 Winter season to look like.
