    Spencer Matthews (alcoholic turned world record holding endurance athlete) and co-host Jake Quickenden (mental health advocate and television personality) don’t just interview guests, they challenge themselves both physically and mentally. Spencer and Jake will give live feedback on popular health and fitness trends to show you what really works and what doesn’t.


    Last year Spencer proved that boundaries are just perceptions when he ran 30 marathons in 30 consecutive days through the Jordanian desert, earning him a Guinness World Record and raising over £620k for charity.


    He realised then that he wanted to focus on building a community of like-minded people who are interested in growth and pushing themselves further, whilst having a great time.
