Twin Flames

For decades I've wondered the source of my deep connection to my wife, a connection I didn't understand the source of. In my meditation I heard that we are "twin flames". I was intrigued to understand what that means and meditated on it. This podcast is what I've been able to open up to and accept in that meditation.

Twin flames means that 2 beings shared an almost identical process of creation as individuals; the process of going from being conscious of being ONE with all that exists, to thinking of ourself as being separate beings. In that process we have a unique set of what we remember and what we forget about being ONE. We have a unique set of wisdom we are conscious of and what wisdom we're blind to. In sharing the process of what I'll call individuation, we also share the process of "remembering". That deep similiarity in the process of experiencing ourselves as individuals and remembering we are whole is the basis for the deep connection I understand as "twin flames".

With this understanding also comes a greater awareness and acceptance of my uniqueness and the importance of accepting that uniqueness, separatness, in the process of remembering being whole. My understanding of this paradox is still unfolding. Yet, I am confident that accepting and making my unique contribution to the world is a vital part of the process of consciously relating to and experiencing being ONE more fully.

I have a unique ability to bring wisdom into the world in a way people realte to and benefit from. I need to accept and use that ability in order to experience more of what it is to be ONE with all that exists. This much I'm clear about.
