Recent criminal activity in Tulsa and surrounding areas has kept local law enforcement busy. This digest covers incidents from the past week.

On May 1, 2025, James Raymond Muldoon, 53, was booked into the David L. Moss Criminal Justice Center on multiple charges including aggravated trafficking of illegal drugs and unlawful possession of controlled substances. The suspect was also charged with driving with a canceled, suspended, or revoked license. Case number CF-2025-0417.

Ashley Renee Woodell, 24, was taken into custody on felony charges from Payne County, along with misdemeanor charges of destroying evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia. She remains in custody at the David L. Moss facility.

In Osage County, authorities reported a total of 113 inmates as of today. Joseph Allen Cole of Tulsa was booked yesterday on charges of third-degree burglary, malicious injury or destruction of property exceeding $1,000, and obstructing an officer.

Another Tulsa resident, Marc Randall Watkins, was booked into the Osage County Jail on May 2. Specific charges for Watkins were not detailed in the available reports.

Jonathan Charles Best from Skiatook faces multiple serious charges after being booked on May 2, including trafficking in illegal drugs, acquiring proceeds from drug activities, maintaining a place for keeping or selling controlled substances, and carrying or possessing a firearm as a convicted felon.

Anthony Taylor Tisdale from Hominy was arrested on May 2 for driving with a canceled, suspended, or revoked license, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of paraphernalia.

Law enforcement continues to focus on drug-related offenses, which appear to be a recurring pattern in recent arrests across Tulsa County and neighboring jurisdictions. Trafficking charges and possession of controlled substances represent a significant portion of recent bookings.

The Tulsa Police Department continues its community outreach through scheduled neighborhood conversations with city leaders, as announced in their April 2025 newsletter.
