“Send Coach John a message”
It’s story time with Uncle John, I mean with Coach Daly. I’ve recently been reading “Hurdleᐤisms - Wit and Wisdom from a Lifetime in Baseball” by Clint Hurdle. Find more connections to Clint HERE. Find the book HERE. This gem comes from Hurdle-ism 16 -(pg. 68) “I’m Just Trying to Be a Simple Person in a Complex World!” We are in a complex world for sure. In fact, during my 60 years on this planet - I can speak for myself that this is the most complex time during my lifetime. I like how he connects so many different connections in this passage to trying to “take care of the tasks in front of me one by one.” I need to do a much better job on simplifying the way I approach life in general, but for sure - my life! This helps all of us (me for sure) to ride the waves of the ups and downs of life, which I have been trying to do for a long time. I hope it helps you too. Thanks for listening.
