Why’d you and a handful of other Republicans oppose the Rule to move forward with the Senate-passed stablecoin measure, the GENIUS Act?

“The Senate version, the GENIUS Act, leaves some room for some concerns with respect to the central bank digital currency, with there not being a hard ban on that,” Rep. Chip Roy tells Ask a Pol. “And we had some other things in our version of the bill with respect to clarity, which, again, deals with the market structure things that we think are incredibly important.
