    WHY are God's daughters just as sick as the world??

    It should not be this way. We have an epidemic in the church and it's all related to the stress levels women deal with (live with) on the daily.

    Because I get this question ALL the time, I am sharing 5 simple meal prep tried and true tips that I have been doing for....ever (it seems). These work sister... AND following these tips will decrease your food stress (and thereby added stress) and give you more energy in your busy day.
