1. Tamara Tucker, LCSW Tamara Tucker is a licensed mental health therapist and Palliative Care and Hospice social worker specializing in end-of-life care. With over 12 years of experience, Tamara has dedicated herself to helping clients heal from trauma and live to their highest potential. She has 10 years of combined experience as a caregiver, hospice volunteer, and social worker, supporting clients and their loved ones through end-of-life transitions. Tamara is the founder and operator of Story Celebrations, LLC, which specializes in creating customized living memorial celebrations where the honoree is alive and present.
