Naazh (Dana) shares her journey through profound depression, addiction, and the challenges of navigating her identity as a trauma therapist while dealing with her own trauma. She reflects on how childhood trauma set her up to make poor decisions as an adult, ultimately causing more trauma to herself and her children. One particular decision she made while vulnerable, trusting too much, left her in a decade of denial and an eventual breaking point.
