Transformational Leadership: Why is business flourishing in short supply

I would suggest that flourishing is in short supply because of lowered standards. Customers have become accustomed to airlines and railways that regularly delay flights/trains and dismiss passenger frustration; they’ve come to expect banks and other financial institutions to be more concerned with the bank’s financial wellbeing than the customers.
