    On Friday, December 1st, 2017, seventeen year old Maggie Long finished up her day at school and drove home to pick up refreshments for a concert that night. She never returned. Hours later, firefighters and sheriff's deputies responded to a call about intruders and a fire at her family home. There, in the scorched husk of the home, they found Maggie's body.Maggie was a beacon in her community, a brilliant and kind young woman who dedicated her life to helping others and doing everything she could to make the world a better place. Investigators theorized she stumbled upon a robbery in progress and was killed as a result of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.Evidence showed the intruders, numbering between 3 and 4, stole a large safe from the house which contained firearms, ammunition and jade figures. Neither the stolen items nor the safe has ever been found. My absolute favorite podcast! Factual, considerate, interesting and respectful case coverage. The thorough explanation of every aspect of the cases are not only very detailed but also delivered in a way that make them a very interesting listen .. Steven is always very well spoken too!

Ive been a huge fan of this podcast from the start almost. Steven Pacheco's style of delivery is his own, yet he doesnt need to use any gimmicky, over-the-top, verbal prose--he lets the story tell itself by presenting the facts in an entertaining and engaging manner. This podcast is the best one out right now, as far as im concerned. The only reason i didnt give it 5-stars across the board, is because some time ago he took the background music out of the videos. That eerie instrumental music behind his voice as he relayed the story was really what did it for me. I still like it the way it is now, but it kinda lost something without the scary music in background.
