  • Five Lessons I Wish I Would Have Listened to About Life and Business
    Jun 30 2022
Five Lessons I Wish I Would Have Listened to About Life and Business1. You don't have to have it all figured out. Life is a journey, and we're all just along for the ride. This was something that I struggled with for a long time. I felt like I needed to have everything mapped out in order to be successful. But the truth is, that life is unpredictable and ever-changing. The best we can do is enjoy the ride and roll with the punches. We tend to put a lot of pressure on ourselves to have everything "figured out" by a certain age or milestone. But the truth is, nobody has it all figured out. And that's OK! Life is a journey, and we're all just along for the ride. Take small stepsCelebrate tiny winsTake time to recharge (take a break)  2. It's not about the destination but the journey.  This ties in with the first point. So often, we get so focused on reaching the goals that we forget to enjoy the process of getting there. But if you take the time to savor the journey, you'll find that it's just as rewarding as reaching the destination. Get more out of what you are doing - What are other ways to think strategically?Being grateful in the momentJournaling what's working and not working 3. You can't please everyone, so don't even try.  In business and life, you'll always have people who disagree with you and think you're doing it wrong. And that's OK! As long as you're true to yourself and your values, that's all that matters. Trying to please everyone is a recipe for disaster. You'll only end up pleasing no one, including yourself. So instead of trying to be everything to everyone, focus on being true to yourself and those who matter most to you. Focus on the relationships that matter most. Think of who really brings value Accept that some people are your people and some aren'tSet boundaries for everyone  4. Comparison is the thief of joy. It's so easy to fall into the trap of comparing ourselves to others. But I realized that everyone is on their own journey, and comparing myself to others was only holding me back from enjoying my own life. Apply what you have learned and what you see; don't copyUse others as fuel to push furtherThere will always be a first and a last. 5. Perfectionism is dangerous.  This is something that I'm still working on, and it's definitely a work in progress. But perfectionism can be crippling, both in life and in business. It can prevent you from taking risks and trying new things out of fear of failure. And it's important to remember that failure is a part of life; it's how we learn and grow.  If I could go back in time and give myself some advice, I would tell my younger self to stop being such a perfectionist. At the time, I thought that everything had to be perfect in order to be successful. I would spend hours agonizing over small details, and as a result, I often missed deadlines. Not only was this frustrating for me, but it also made me less productive. I have since learned that it is far better to focus on the big picture and let go of the need for perfectionism. This doesn't mean that we should tolerate sloppy work. But rather that we should strive for excellence rather than perfection. By learning to let go of my perfectionism, I have been able to achieve far more in both my personal and professional life. Done is better than perfectHow can you be perfect if you don't release it to the world Strive for excellence, not perfectionI'd like to leave you with these popular quotes:"Life is a journey, not a destination." - Ralph Waldo Emerson. "The best way to find out what we truly need in life is by experimenting." - Steve Jobs "Don't compare your chapter one to someone else's chapter twenty." - Unknown"You can't be everything to everyone." - Oprah Winfrey"Remember: life is an adventure, not a competition." - Unknown"These are just a few things I wish I had known sooner in life. But the reality is, that we all have to go through our own journey to learn these lessons. And that's OK! Just remember to enjoy the ride, and don't take yourself too seriously. Life is supposed to be fun, after all. I'm so excited to spend these 100 episodes with you. I have grown as a person because of you, and I will be forever grateful. However, now is time for a much-needed break from podcasting so I can begin to put focus on other areas of my life and business. I can't wait to return to share all I have gained through my journey, and I can't wait to hear from you!  Please follow me on IG @totalfitbosschick if you aren't already so you can see what I will be up to.

  • How To Harness The Power of Gratitude
    Jun 23 2022
How to Remain Positive when Dealing with Negative Situations and People

Each day, we are bombarded with negativity. The news is full of war, crime, and disaster stories, and it's easy to become wrapped up in our own problems.

It's no wonder that many people find it difficult to appreciate the good things in their lives. And accept the lessons out of the bad things.

Dealing with negative situations and people can be tough, but it's important to remain positive. After all, your attitude is a choice. And, as the saying goes, "attitude is everything." If you choose to have a positive attitude, you'll be more likely to see the good in people and situations. You'll also be more likely to find solutions to problems.

Of course, it's not always easy to stay positive. However, gratitude has the power to change our perspective and improve our well-being.

Focusing on what you're grateful for makes it harder to dwell on the negative. Another is to surround yourself with positive people. When you're surrounded by people who radiate positive energy, it's easier to keep your own spirits up.

Finally, don't be afraid to step into your next chapter. Sometimes the best way to move forward is to leave the past behind.

    The Power of Gratitude

We've all heard that it's important to be grateful for what we have. But what exactly does that mean? And why is it important?

Being grateful means more than simply saying "thank you." It's about acknowledging the good in our lives, even when things are tough. It's about recognizing that every day brings both challenges and blessings. It's about being present in the moment and appreciating the small things that make up our lives.

Gratitude has been shown to have a number of benefits for both our physical and mental health. People who practice gratitude are more likely to exercise regularly, eat healthy foods, and get enough sleep. They're also less likely to experience depression, anxiety, and stress. And gratitude doesn't just make us feel good; it also makes us more likely to help others and to engage in pro-social behavior.

Ready to Put the Power of Gratitude into Action?

When we take the time to be thankful for the good in our lives, we open ourselves up to more happiness, love, and joy. Gratitude allows us to see the world in a more positive light and provides us with the strength to face life's challenges.

So next time you're feeling down, take a moment to appreciate everything in your life. You may be surprised at how much better you feel. After all, life is an adventure. Embrace it!

  • Secrets on Scaling an Online Business While Still Holding Down a 9-5
    Jun 16 2022

In this episode of the Total Fit Boss Chick podcast, we're talking with

Libby Rothschild, founder, and CEO of Dietician Boss. She shares her secrets on scaling a business while still holding down a 9-5 clinical job. She has been featured in major publications and spoken at universities around the world about how she scaled 220% in a year without using paid ads or SEO - all from just one side hustle that grew into something much bigger than expected!

She was making $55,000 a year as a dietician, and she noticed that there was this massive gap in salary between her education and her income. So Libby decided to take her knowledge to social media and start their own business. She used her speaking and coaching side job and took it to video; before long other dieticians were asking to be coached as well.

With a small, targeted audience, Libby has been able to reach the million-dollar mark. She's continued her success by teaching others how they can too!

Tune into this show for some powerful techniques that will help you make more money with your online business even if things seem hopeless right now

Secrets on scaling a business online without running ads?

There are a million things to think about and a million more things that can go wrong. However, with careful planning and execution, it is possible to scale an online business successfully.

How did she get started? She documented her journey. Simply put, she recorded what she was doing and shared it with her social media community.

Here are four steps to scaling an online business

    Step 1

You have a business solving a problem

    Step 2

Create a separate business social account

    Step 3

Consistently show up, sharing all aspects of your life where you feel comfortable.

    Step 4

Build online relationships with others by commenting, DMing, and engaging (include large accounts, accounts at your level, and smaller accounts)

How do you manage to scale an online business without getting overwhelmed?

    Step 1

Use the 80/20 rule and prioritize the most important aspect that moves the need in your business. (What has worked and double down on it)

    Step 2

Do market research. What are related hashtags you can search to find more keywords, pain points, topics, and concerns in your space? What type of content are people creating, and who are the key players?

Build relationships with the key players and provide valuable engagement.

Growing and scaling an online business when you're just getting started.
    • Be focused
    • Build community
    • Learn pain points
    • Be relatable by sharing your story and talking about the market's pain points

How to grow and scale with a 9 to 5?

Sell a product without a service by creating a stream of passive income. Libby created a course. She was able to make money so she could spend her time marketing and talking about her market pain points. The process of talking about pain points and providing a solution became a passive stream of income.

Secondly, she provided private coaching. However, supply and demand go into effect. The more she was in demand, the more she increased the price of coaching because it required her time.

Then she transformed private coaching into a mastermind. Then she was able to take more clients and make more money with less time.

Libby invested in herself and her business, like her clients invested in her. Personal growth is a key component to success. Therefore, she has a mentor and works with mentees.

Are you ready to start scaling an online business while still holding down a 9-5?

The truth is, you don't have to give up one for the other. There are many successful business owners who are able to run their business from anywhere - even from a smartphone! You just have to have a plan, be organized, and be dedicated to making it happen. We hope that this podcast has helped you to see that becoming a successful entrepreneur doesn't have to mean forgoing your current life and career.

  • Finally, Land Big Corporate Clients
    Jun 9 2022
    Steps to Landing Corporate Clients

Cracking into large corporations can feel like an impossible task for entrepreneurs. However, with a little persistence and know-how, it can be done. Here are four steps to getting your foot in the door of a big company:

    1. Do your research. Make sure you understand the company's mission and values, as well as their specific needs. This will help you tailor your pitch and give you a better chance of impressing the right people.

    2. Network, network, network. Get connected with as many people as possible who work at the company or know someone who does. The more connections you have, the greater your chances of getting your foot in the door.

    3. Be persistent. Big companies receive hundreds, if not thousands, of pitches every day. Don't take no for an answer; keep trying until you get a yes.

    4. Follow up. Once you've made contact with someone at the company, make sure to follow up and keep the conversation going. The more you interact with them, the greater your chances of landing that dream job or contract.

Alejandra is an expert at scaling businesses and knows a thing or two about attracting big-name clients making her the perfect person to help us navigate the often-daunting task of scaling up our businesses without losing focus or quality. So, how does Alejandra do it?

  • Expert Advice: Mapping Out the Ideal Customer Journey
    Jun 2 2022

Listen to this week's episode of the Total Fit Boss Chick to learn all about the organic marketing funnel and the ideal customer journey!

Topics on Customer Journey Mapping Process

How to Perfect the Customer Journey?

The customer journey is crucial to funnel your audience to actual paying customers. However, most of the time, we rush our consumers to buy a product that they end up cutting all connections with you. Let's avoid break-ups by tuning in to this week's episode of the Total Fit Boss Chick Podcast to get all the details!

Key Points on Customer Journey Mapping

    Awareness Stage: Customer Journey Touchpoints

In this stage of the process, we're highlighting and understanding the customer touchpoints or pain points that are problems your audience faces. This prompts us to begin our research. We can start the search by considering what resources we can provide and the different types of messaging that would benefit a person trying to learn about solving their issue.

Customer service starts with listening to the customer's pain points. An effective customer journey doesn't put sales pressure on the consumer when presenting solutions. This will ruin the customer experience and cause the user to choose an alternative. How well are you applying the customer pain to your customer journey?

    Unique Value Proposition

A successful company should offer something unique to its buyer persona. So, how do we set ourselves apart without pressuring the customer? It's with our unique value proposition. Our unique approach, offering, content, intent, or relation, is our unique approach. Our unique value proposition is what will truly get us far with our business.

    Discover Your Intent

Pinpointing what your intent can be difficult; try answering these questions to help you determine what they are:

What truly sets you apart from your competitors?

Can your competitor easily imitate your message and offer?

     Craft Your Message

From here, you need to create a message that shows your audience you understand their pain points, what they're looking for and need and how you or your brand can assist them in the buying process.

Remember, you're helping them with their journey - not a bibliography on yours.

    Marry Your Success

Let's not get too caught up in proposing to our audiences and scare them away! Instead, let's learn more about marketing strategies in this week's episode of the Total Fit Boss Chick podcast so we can marry our success in the long term!

  • How to Build Confidence and Resilience to Overcome Anxiety and Inner Struggles
    May 19 2022
One aspect that we face in our daily lives is working under pressure, and to make better decisions and take decisive actions we need to keep our cool. To be able to do that we need to understand two things. First, some things are not in our control. These are aspects we need to accept and let go of. Second, there are things we do have within our control. From here we can begin to decide how we react to these things, including how we speak, behave, respond, and how to think of ourselves. Doing this helps us shift our focus to something we can take action towards, keep our emotions at bay and implement solutions. Tune in to this week’s episode of the Total Fit Boss Chick Podcast to learn how we can take control of situations before it controls us! Topics on Confidence and Resilience Working Under Pressure Building Motivation under Adversity Entrepreneurial Journey and Ego Mentoring Moments with Sami An Entrepreneur’s Ego  In our entrepreneurial journey, we’re bound to feel as if we’re not enough, struggling with anxiety and stress. We tend to look over these inner struggles by blocking them away. However, the key is accepting ourselves. Don’t miss out on all the insightful details, listen to this week’s episode of the Total Fit Boss Chick podcast! Key Points on Confidence Resilience Values Compass In the modest of pressure and chaos, there’s always one place you can return to, which is your values. Understanding your values will give you clarity on the type of person you want to be. Your values will help ground you, acting as a compass to steer you in the right direction. Assessing your values is important because it aligns you with your true authentic self. Acceptance Ego is the image we construct of ourselves in our minds based on past experiences, good and bad, conditions, and cultural programming. It leads me to my point that you can be ambitious and grounded.Yet, we let our experiences in our entrepreneurial journey define entirely who we are. We pressure ourselves to not fail and we should always succeed. This causes toxic productivity, pressure, and low self-esteem to grow instead. Identity We tend to let our entrepreneurial journey dictate who we are. However, we are more than just entrepreneurs, we are someone’s mother, friend, wife, husband, son, or sister … we need to understand that being an entrepreneur is only one aspect of who we are. We shouldn’t confine ourselves to one identity. More Than Confidence and Resilience Let’s overcome chaos, embrace all our sides, and control situations before it gets the better of us! 5 Key Steps to Double Revenue

    12-Months Vision

    12-Weeks Vision

From your 12-months vision, create a 12-week vision. Using the goals, you have in your 12-months vision, set milestones for each of your six goals.

    Next 7 Days

Now, you need to create a 7-day action plan. In these seven days, you're going to prioritize and choose what you need to accomplish. The other pending activities - put them aside for another week!

    Date Yourself

Set a date for yourself every week. It's a great time to reflect, heal, relax and re-energize yourself. This helps you assess what matters to you and what doesn't.
