To kick off the AI Challenge Podcast, a production of Carleton University’s 2025 Challenge Conference, we’ll hear from Tony Frost, the university’s chief communications officer.

Tony will give us a behind-the-scenes look at the making of this year’s conference, its theme and what students can take away from the conversation.

Frost joined Carleton in 2020 from the University of Waterloo. He is a marketing and communications strategist who has worked in higher education for over 25 years with a singular purpose: to build a reputation and profile to drive institutional success. Frost holds a BA and MA in Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University, where his thesis explored how contemporary universities were branded.
