Tom Boyd - Former AFL champion and mental health advocate

Tom Boyd kicked the goal that sealed the 2016 AFL Grand Final, giving the Western Bulldogs their first AFL Premiership since 1954. But despite this crowning glory on his prestigious sporting career, Tom's physical and mental health was suffering and only a year later admitted to suffering from clinical depression. Since his retirement in 2019, he's been an outspoken advocate for men's mental health.
