Rob Owens and Ian Roberson with UC Rams on "Today in Putnam County" Show with Randy Porter, Putnam County Mayor. The Upper Cumberland RAMS are a homeschool basketball organization. Established in 2022, it allows athletes who are home schooled to compete. They are a competitive program that competes in the MHAC Conference and plays against Public and Private School teams.
