In this week’s episode, we talk about one of the most stressed topics in our 20s: commitment. In your 20s, you can often struggle to understand what level of commitment you should have by now.
Should I be in a long-term relationship? Should I be single? Should I be even dating? Married? What if instead of turning to outside people for our commitments, we turn into ourselves? We strengthen our bond within so that we can then become better and healthier for those around us. We learn to say no to things that don’t serve us, move away from regret, put ourselves first, and let go of things that make us unhealthy.
