Tamara and I are as thick as thieves! She's my partner in crime, my inspiration, my cheerleader and coach all in one bundle of joy. If you cannot already tell, I am super proud of her...lol. She's young, smart and very ambitious and I thought it only fitting for her to be my first guest as I launched this Mind & Heart podcast.
