Luke 11:24 -26 When an evil (unclean,impure)spirit leaves a person, it goes into the desert, searching for rest. But when it finds none, it says, ‘I will return to the person I came from. When it arrives, it finds the house (body ) swept clean and put in order. Then it goes and takes seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there. And the final condition of that person is worse than the first. Facts./ truth 1: Spirits exist.unclean spirit exist and seek for places to occupy.Any gospel that doesn't tell you or argues that spirits or demons or angels or witchcraft or marine spirits don't exist is hiding truth from you. 2: A human body is a good place (A house they love to possess,oppress ,occupy or suppress. 3:In the ministry of Jesus he cast out demons,unclean spirits several times so that people could be healed,sanity restored ,glory return and peace come to bear in such lives. 4: in mathew 17:21 Jesus said However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.So that explains some things about need for fasting .if you recollect mathew 4 Jesus fasted and prayed 40 day . 5: If your life isn't filled with light of God,if your life is left empty without the presence of holyspirit,if your life isn't having purity but pollution, demons can find their way back in. 6: There are bad spirits and there are good spirits .When bible says goodness and mercy shall follow you.Goodness is a spirit, mercy is a spirit.These are good. 6:There is always a battle for supremacy and occupation between light and darkness.The room you give determine who or what rules in you. 7: Unclean Spirits see and know some deep secrets about a person, place,family and nation . Some know about history predating even to the flood of Noah .What gives a true Christian leverage over them is the presence of the holyspirit in us.Demons are older,more experienced,seen many things but it is only the presence of the holyspirit in you, mercy of God ,the Authority given by Jesus to us in Mark 16 to cast out devils that enbolden a believer. That is the superior power at work in us.as it is written at The name of Jesus every knee shall bow. 8: Demons identify and dread true children of God.They will seek to contest your authority but if the spirit of God dwells in you ,you shall command and cast out devils. 9: Spiritually there's room for reinforcement or regrouping of Spirits as read for the opening scripture. 10: There are major and minor demons.that is why the bible says (Then it goes and takes seven other spirits more wicked than itself 11: The same way angels move about there are also Traffic of demons and a lot of influence do take place. 12: The presence of demons if unchecked can determine the present situation or condition of a human life. 13 :Demons are also emotional they also take decisions. 14: The presence of Spirits reflect in a life.That is why you must command good things upon your life always.For instance if I say spirit of excellence possess me,spirit of favor possess me,Spirit of promotion for good things possess me.By so doing I am attracting good things from God.what you confess you possess. 14: Sometimes God permits them according to his will and purpose.God can allow a demon to destroy a person .An example is in the book of 1 king 22:22 ( when a lying spirit took over some prophets) .Also king Saul was tormented by an evil spirit .Bible says in 1 samuel 16:14 But the Spirit of the LORD departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD troubled him. 15: God is the father of all spirits ( Hebrews 12:9).whether good or bad .They were all created by God himself
