too many ads lately

I understand the creator is trying to pay the bills, but I feel like over the years there are more and more and more ads. I wish I could afford this premium podcast, but it's not in the budget and for a podcast for falling asleep, first I have to stare at my screen to fast forward ads which defeats the purpose :(
