In this conversation, Kate and Sam discuss use their podcast as an example of the monetising journey. They discuss the importance of having a clear strategy to build a platform, generate warm leads, and convert them into paying customers. They caution against relying solely on social media for sales, wasting money on branding and design before establishing a viable business, and falling for get-rich-quick sales tactics.

    The hosts also discuss some of the common mistakes that entrepreneurs make when starting a business and provide tips on how to avoid them.
