We create our life with the thoughts we act on. The more aware we are of the thoughts in our mind, the more we can choose which thoughts to act on and which thoughts not to act on.

We all have positive, constructive, beneficial thoughts and negative, destructive debilitating thoughts. To gain greater mastery of our life, we need to be conscious of all our thoughts, positive and negative. Only then can we consciously choose which thoughts to act on.

If we deny the existence of negative thoughts, they will control our life. If we acknowledge the existence of negative thoughts and choose not to act on them, they lose more and more of their power in our life.

Similiarly, if we choose to act on positive thoughts, they will have a bigger and bigger positive impactg in our life. If we deny positive thoughts, they still have an impact in our life, just not as big an impact as they could have if we acknowledged their existence and consciously chose to act on them.
