Thought by Thought Healing

De: Jennifer Johnson
  • Resumen

  • Thought By Thought Healing is a podcast for those looking to overcome chronic pain & symptoms.

I am Jen Johnson, chronic pain coach, and this show is focused on discussing everything related to curing persistent symptoms with evidence-based techniques. I am a Christian and when I first discovered the mind-body syndrome - also referred to as TMS, neuroplastic pain, & neural circuit pain - I was struck by how the neuroscience of pain and the mind body connection align perfectly with scripture. I recovered from my own story of pain as I understood how our thoughts, beliefs, attitudes & emotions played out in the nervous system in ways I never knew was possible. On this show, I interview experts in the field & discuss the intersection of the gospel & mind-body medicine. I also openly share tools I used in my own healing journey, and still use today with my clients.

My hope is that you, too, will learn how to heal. Reversing chronic pain includes emotional, mental and spiritual healing. It truly changes your life; something you don’t want to miss out on. Thought by thought, you can find freedom. Welcome to the journey.

If this story of healing inspires you, like or share this video so that others can know there is hope for healing! Known as Forest online, my guest today shares his story of healing from what was diagnosed as repetive strain injury or over-use injury. He had a full recovery as he understood the symptoms were just his brain. From there, he went on to found TMS Wiki - a website that has provides free resources for those healing from neuroplastic symptoms.https://www.tmswiki.org/forum/forums/... Here is a bit about him: After an 18-year battle with neuroplastic symptoms attributed to 'repetitive strain injuries,' Rob, known as Forest online, fully recovered by employing a mind-body approach. Inspired by his recovery, he founded TMSWiki.org, the largest peer-driven resource dedicated to educating the public about neuroplastic symptoms. Rob created the 'Thank You, Dr. Sarno' tribute book, which was featured in Dr. Sarno’s New York Times obituary. He also provided technical support to Alan Gordon in developing a free 21-day recovery program, donated to the wiki during fundraising for the Boulder Back Pain Study. Rob co-founded and has served as Vice President of the Association for the Treatment of Neuroplastic Disorders (ATNS) since its inception, reflecting his ongoing commitment to raising awareness and support for mind-body healing. Professionally, Rob runs discussion sections for adult learners pursuing their master's degrees in finance and management, with a specialization in health economics and decision-making. • 104 - LAY ASIDE EVERY WEIGHT THAT HINDERS HEALING
    Mar 29 2025

In this episode Jen Loeffler and I talk about how to lay aside the weights… so that we can run the race before us. We discuss what the weights might be in terms of burdens & pressures that are half truths & distortions that end being our core beliefs. We walk through Hebrews 12:1-3 unpacking the pure gold that is here, including how Paul unpacks the mind body connection and how these burdens can cause weariness, and weakness - chronic fatigue.

Jennifer Loeffler is a Christian mind-body pain coach now so you should check out her website! https://www.remodelingyourlife.com/about
