Last episode was our launch show where we introduced you to who our hosts are and what this podcast is designed for.  Today, we go deeper into their individual stories and life hurdles.  You will find that what they have worked through and continue to navigate is what most of us have all dealt with or experienced or know someone who has.  It is very easy to recognize much of ourselves in their conversation, analysis and discussion.  Listen along and take notes if you wish and then reach out to them on their social feeds.  We all have doctors, therapists and counsellors; however, this is NOT that, this is that shoulder you need, that impartial voice and lets face it, here are 2 people who know exactly what you are feeling and probably what you are going through.
