  • THIS should TERRIFY every country ON EARTH!
    Jan 7 2026

What happens when a global superpower treats international law as optional? In this episode, we examine the dangerous precedent set when the U.S. asserts the right to seize foreign leaders—and what that means for sovereignty, international law, and the so-called “rules-based order.”

If a sitting president can be targeted, removed, or detained without consequence, then the global order isn’t weakening—it’s already collapsed.

Today, we're going to talk about: the legal and historical context behind U.S. extraterritorial actions, why this moment matters far beyond one country or one leader, and how allies and rivals are responding to a world without enforceable rules and what comes next when power replaces law.

This isn’t about ideology or simply capturing an authoritarian. It’s about consequences.

If international law only applies to the weak, can it still be called law at all?

  • The LIES we TELL ourselves EVERY New Year
    Jan 1 2026

Every January, we tell ourselves the same lies: “This will be my best year.” “New year, new me.” But if nothing actually changes, the year doesn’t change either.

In this video, I’m breaking down the quiet lies we repeat at the start of every year and why motivation alone isn’t enough to make 2026 better than 2025. Growth requires honesty, intention, and uncomfortable action, not slogans.

If you’ve ever felt stuck repeating the same patterns year after year, this video is for you. This isn’t about pressure or perfection — it’s about telling yourself the truth and doing something different with it.

  • Michelle Obama Got It Wrong About Black Hair — Let’s Be Honest
    Dec 5 2025

In today’s video, I respond to Michelle Obama’s recent comments about Black people feeling pressured to straighten their hair to fit white beauty standards.

While that pressure has definitely existed historically, I believe Michelle Obama’s take misses a major part of the conversation.

For decades, many Black women have developed an adversarial relationship with their natural hair — not only because of outside expectations, but often because of criticism from within our own community.

From being told natural hair is “unprofessional” to being teased for texture, shrinkage, or “kitchen” hair, a lot of the pressure to straighten our hair comes from Black people, not white people.

In this video, I break down why I think Michelle Obama “got it wrong,” why so many Black women struggle with their hair identity, and how our community plays a bigger role in shaping beauty standards than we sometimes admit.

This is an honest conversation about natural hair, internalized bias, and the cultural expectations Black women still navigate today.
