In February 2022, just days before Russia invaded Ukraine, Ksenia Samotiy’s mother drove her and her two younger siblings to the Polish border. They thought they would be gone for a few days. Four years later, the war continues. Now living in Dublin, Ksenia has returned to her hometown of Lviv for the first time since she fled.
