In this week's episode, Bobby and Sarge discuss the issue of cowards and agencies refusing to back up other agencies. When an agency head tells officers to stand down when another agency is calling for assistance because of politics, one needs to ask, what is the problem? IS it good practice to abandon federal or State officers because of political climate? What penalties should these department heads face for such negligence. Should it be the civilians in charge who ordered the chief to give the order to stand down? Or should the Chief, who refused and failed to uphold his oath, be charged and convicted?
