Most people think the danger with an IRS or government letter is saying the wrong thing. That’s not the real danger. The real danger is responding before anything has been proven. At that moment, how you respond matters more than what you say. You have three choices: Make a statement. Issue a denial. Or ask a question. Statements add information. Denials assume the claim is valid. Both accept authority before it’s proven. Only a question does not. A question forces proof. Who is acting. Under what authority. Over whom. And by what law an obligation exists. No proof means no obligation. And next, I’ll show you the exact questions— and the exact order.
