John 1:19-28

“Who art thou?”

To learn about John, you’d need to go back to his parents, Zachariah and Elisabeth. Despite being old and barren, God miraculously gave Elisabeth a son, John the Baptist, filled with the Holy Ghost. John was a righteous man sent by God with a holy zeal. His message was to repent and be baptized for the kingdom of God is at hand. Many people are like the Pharisees only inquiring but unwilling to repent of their sin.
