In today's episode, I'm joined by Dean Hammond, founder of Flow Marlow, and what a conversation this was!

Dean opens up about his journey from being a hardworking electrician to burning out completely. He shares how one yoga class introduced him to a community that became his lifeline - and when that studio closed, he refused to let it go.

Fourteen months of therapy, seven properties, five landlords later... Flow Marlow was born. But it's so much more than a wellness studio - it's a place of belonging.

"It's okay to fail. It's okay to mess up," Dean reminds us. "We just need a safe space to talk."

From burnout to bridge builder, Dean's story proves the other side of hard times can be beautiful.

I invite you to listen in, get in touch, and if you'd like … be curious to live the question!

Do you want to be heard?
