A company's culture can cover a wide range of things, but ultimately it's how that working environment makes you feel. In this first episode I look at the good and the bad and open up those uncomfortable topics of conversation. I'll also be chatting to former Controller of CBeebies Kay Benbow to get her view on what companies should be doing more of as well as hearing about her own experiences.
