The need for leaders to be more HUMAN

One of the main workplace wellbeing trends we can expect to see in 2023 is HUMANITY with business leaders shifting their focus towards developing relationships with employees, treating and communicating with them like PEOPLE rather than numbers. And since we ARE all humans after all, we think it’s about time, don’t you?! We’re joined today by someone that, in our opinion, sets a prime example of what other employers, leaders and managers should be doing - being an open, authentic and just genuinely REAL person.And today I am joined by the multi-talented Simon Clayton.
