Alec is a 3-time Emmy-Nominated film and documentary composer, specializing in biographic docs and feature films. He is a Canadian composer with Six Degrees Music in Calgary, Alberta.

I'm a 25-year veteran film and tv composer. I've spend my career in Alberta, Canada working both in the Alberta market and with international clients. I'm passionate about the creative process and storytelling in it's various forms. I love to talk about creative endeavours and the importance of storytelling and human connection. I grew up in a small town, I live in a small town and have a unique story of success without being in a major centre for most of my career.
