This podcast has been a great addition to my weekly routine. Laura’s infectious positivity brings a much needed lightness to life’s challenges and I have found her advice timely and uplifting on many occasions. Even though her messaging is geared towards weight loss, which is actively the opposite of my personal goal, I find the content is relevant to anyone looking for encouragement or help navigating tr messiness life and work and marriage and children.
