Here is a clean transcription of the handwritten notes from **The Wrestling Podcast Episode 7**:

    ---

**The Wrestling Podcast — Episode 7**

**1. WWE Evolve — Jackson Drake vs. Lince Dorado (Evolve Championship)**
Watching WWE Evolve for the first time. The promotion features a lot of WWE talent. The match between Jackson Drake and Lince Dorado for the Evolve Championship was awesome — both men went back and forth and beat the hell out of each other. Jackson Drake is impressive on WWE Evolve; he is young at 22 years old and not yet in his prime. Prediction: Jackson Drake will be NXT Champion by the end of 2026.

**2. NXT TakeOver: Philadelphia — Aleister Black vs. Adam Cole (Extreme Rules Match)**
An insane and crazy Extreme Rules match. Both Aleister Black and Adam Cole beat the hell out of each other and went to war back and forth throughout the contest.

**3. NXT — Adam Cole vs. Finn Bálor (NXT Championship, December 18, 2019)**
A really awesome match. Adam Cole and Finn Bálor went to war back and forth, but Johnny Gargano cost Finn Bálor the NXT Championship by interfering and allowing Adam Cole to hit the Last Shot on Bálor to retain the title.

**4. TNA Hard Justice 2008 — Samoa Joe vs. Booker T**
An awesome match. Booker T is a legend — a great WWE and TNA wrestler of all time. Samoa Joe is impressive across TNA, WWE, and AEW. Opinion: Samoa Joe should be in the Hall of Fame, given the length and quality of his TNA tenure in particular.

**5. WWE SummerSlam 2001 — Booker T vs. The Rock (WCW Championship — ECW vs. WCW)**
An awesome WCW Championship match from 2001, during the period of WCW vs. WWE. Both Booker T and The Rock went to war with each other in a great championship contest.

    ---

Solid range of matches covered across multiple eras and promotions. The NXT TakeOver: Philadelphia Extreme Rules match and the Bálor/Cole finish in particular are two of the more memorable moments from that era of NXT.

  • Episode 6 - The Wrestling Podcast
    Mar 8 2026
Here are your notes from the notebook, transcribed and cleaned up for Episode 6:

    ---

**The Wrestling Podcast — Episode 6 Notes**

    1. **Rey Mysterio vs. Eddie Guerrero — WWE WrestleMania 21**
A great, fast-paced match. Eddie Guerrero was performing at an exceptional level in 2005 — arguably the best wrestler in WWE history at that time. A true WWE Legend. R.I.P. Eddie Guerrero.

    2. **John Cena vs. Shawn Michaels vs. Kurt Angle — WWE Taboo Tuesday 2005 (WWE Championship Triple Threat)**
An outstanding match. Kurt Angle was at his peak from 2000–2006, and notably spent more time in TNA than in WWE. He is a WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2019 inductee and a certified legend, having put on exceptional matches across WWE, TNA, and NJPW.

    3. **Will Ospreay vs. PAC — AEW International Championship, AEW All Out 2024**
A banger. Both competitors went all-out, trading offense back and forth in a high-quality championship match.

    4. **Jay White vs. Hangman Adam Page — AEW**
Another outstanding singles match. Both men went to war in a hard-hitting, back-and-forth contest.

    5. **Hangman Adam Page vs. Swerve Strickland — AEW WrestleDream 2023**
One of AEW's best feuds. The rivalry began in 2023 and has continued through 2026 — an ongoing story that has been a real highlight for the promotion.

    ---

Great material for the episode, Allen — strong mix of classic WWE and modern AEW content.

  • Episode 5 - The Wrestling Podcast
    Mar 7 2026
Here are your Episode 5 notes, transcribed and cleaned up:

    ---

**The Wrestling Podcast — Episode 5**

**1. Matt Hardy vs. Jeff Hardy — Extreme Rules Match, WrestleMania 25**
An insane and wild match featuring big top-rope moves, tables, ladders, and chairs. They beat the hell out of each other, making it an epic moment in WWE in 2009.

**2. Roman Reigns vs. Randy Orton — WWE SummerSlam 2014**
A really strong singles match — Roman Reigns' first major singles bout with Randy Orton. He had to build toward it over a long period. Then at SummerSlam 2020, he returned as a heel, which worked perfectly, joining forces with Paul Heyman and The Usos.

**3. Rusev vs. Roman Reigns — WWE Clash of Champions 2016 (United States Championship)**
A wild match. Rusev should be WWE Champion — it's long overdue. The context here is that 2016 Roman Reigns was getting heavily booed by the crowd.

**4. Roman Reigns vs. John Cena — WWE No Mercy 2017**
A crazy and fun match — essentially a finisher fest where both men went back and forth at war.

**5. The Undertaker vs. Randy Orton — WWE WrestleMania 21**
An insane match featuring a young Randy Orton back in 2005. The full feud between Orton and The Undertaker was a masterpiece — they truly went to war.

    ---

Great notes, Allen! Strong slate of matches for Episode 5 — lots of Roman Reigns content across different eras, which could make for a compelling through-line in the episode.
