Wisdom is defined as the ability to discern, good sense, and accumulated philosophical learning. When I think of wisdom, I can’t help but turn to the Bible, as well as think of people whose wisdom I miss - like my Dad, my grandma, and others. Some who are still here on this earth, and some are already in heaven.

As I was studying about wisdom this week, I remembered that when my grandma passed away at the age of 99, I wrote some things about her dealing with wisdom and knowledge. In days like today, we need to remember that those who want to know more about Jesus might ask questions we don’t readily have the answers to, but that doesn’t mean we should put them off or ignore them. It’s important that we do as 2 Timothy 4:2 says: “be prepared in season and out of season …with great patience and careful instruction.” As a representative of the Body of Christ, it’s our job to point people to Jesus and set them on the right path. In this episode of The Woman Inspired Podcast we talk about how to answer those questions when we don’t have all the answers, and how to be ready to point others to Jesus.

What's in a name? Do you know what your name means? Was it given to you by your parents with purpose and meaning? Or was it given to you as a reminder of someone else dear to them, and in honor of another person? Most people are named after other family members, friends, movie characters, or famous people.
