Success is more impacted by who you are being rather than what you are doing or saying.

The question isn’t necessarily, what do I need to say in order to be more successful, although that matters too, but the question we also should be asking of ourselves on the regular: " Who do i need to be or become? What does a successful speaker, communicator, look like? What types of behavior, mindset, values and habits does a person like that display and embrace on a regular basis?"

Today we are kicking off a 2 part series. We will be addressing the big elephant in most rooms. The capital F word, FEAR!

During these next two episodes I want us to look at how we can move from having anxiety around speaking to becoming a more FearLESS speaker.

Here’s what we will focus on during these next 2 episodes.

• Today we will dive in with discovering FEAR, where it comes from and is it real?
• We will also talk about what is happening in your body, physiologically and how understanding can take some of the fear away.
• And finally, today we will also look at how what you believe about speaking really impacts your success and you become a more FearLESS speaker.
• Next week we will go deep with how you can develop confidence and the competence that will accelerate your skills and comfort level.
