The development sector, at least in India, is on the one hand extremely vigorous in court action, but on the other, minimally informed about the legal system. When citizens & youth of our country, know what the law has offer to them, they can recognise and challenge injustices more forcefully. If people are aware of their rights & duties the delivery of justice becomes much easier. ~Ignorance of law is no excuse.Durga Kumari Bhatt
