The Ugly Stepsister (2025)

This week, Scotty and Andrew are invited to a ball to meet the prince, where they will be discussing the Norwegian body horror film, "The Ugly Stepsister." "The Ugly Stepsister" was directed by Emilie Blichfeldt and retells the classic story of Cinderella from the darker angle of Elvira, one of the two stepsisters who moves into the home of their mother's new husband and his daughter. When he dies suddenly and leaves them in terrible debt, the mother decides the only way to salvage things to use plastic surgery and other methods to make Elvira presentable to the prince, while relegating Agnes (Cinderella) to a house servant.
