Episode 029 is me venting about negativity in the community. Someone asked a simple question about the first time they ran into a challenge in the trailer rental business, looking for a little guidance. Instead of answers, some folks responded with sarcasm, negativity, and a straight up bad attitude.

This episode explains the purpose of the group, how it’s supposed to work, and why we don’t tolerate negativity. We build each other up, we share real experience without making someone feel stupid for asking, and we protect the culture that makes this community valuable.
