So it's interesting that you brought this up, Jonathan, because I was actually thinking about this this morning. One of the things that I like to do is slow down a little bit and think about anything and everything.03:40.44CaseyAnd so one of the things that I was thinking about when we have challenges and struggles The first, I wrote a really long list this morning, actually, but the first thing is it's just so easy to get caught up in the negative side of things.03:55.29Jonathan GuerreroOh, yes. so yes03:55.67Caseyum We can talk about, oh, well, my kids did this, my wife did this, this happened at work, and we just go down this spiral of all of these negative and bad things that are happening.04:12.34CaseyAnd yet you don't think about the good things, you know. And so I would say that anytime something bad is happening to you in your life, you could probably also say that something good is happening.
