  • Intro to The State Versus Me
    Dec 31 2019

This first episode is simply an introduction to the injustice I was faced with when I shot a man in self defense. Most convictions these days are formed through plea agreements without a need for trial. The bad part is the courts and it's forming bodies have got accustomed to proceeding and manipulating procedures for desired outcomes. It happens so often that by the time I was in jail for crimes I didn't commit, no one cared to listen. Our legal system has been infected by corruption, and I want to tell my story to shed light on how those in power gain unfair advantages.

  • Autobiography - Meet the Defendant

My life events molded me into the man I am. And they will motivate me to continue on this journey seeking justice.

  • CR2016153963 - Aggravated Assault w/ a Deadly Weapon
    Jan 28 2020

Full details of the initial crime that set my injustice into motion. Every step of they way someone failed to act ethically. Every step of the way they let their clouded judgement of who they assumed I was, take lead on how they handled my cases. This is just the first incident and there is two.

When the states victim doesn't want to comply. The lead witness is a man on probation for previously providing false information to law enforcement, and a named suspect in a missing gun report. And the rest of the witnesses are junkies, drug dealers, shady landlords, and car thieves. How can one even begin to think they will get a fair trail?

  • CR2017109188 - Unlawful Flight from Law Enforcement
    Feb 1 2020

The case that gave the State of Arizona the Upper hand. The ability to get me off the streets and keep me away from resources. A case that could have resulted in 1.5 years for the charge, and 2 years aggravation for having been on bond/bail at the time of the so called offense. In this episode I share raw details of how the Phoenix Police Department falsified a police report to shut me up, and try to get me off the streets.

  • A Little Rewind & Further Insight
    Feb 11 2020

This episode goes back to cover a couple of key things I didn't recall at the moment of recording my last two episodes regarding the crimes the State of Arizona charged me with. I also touch base on some key elements of how the ineffective council hindered the ability to conserve key evidence in my original Aggravated Assault charge.

  • Vent Session
    Feb 21 2020

Quick vent session to rid myself of writers block. When I study material from school I cant help but relate it to my cases. That is the reason I am going to school after all. I needed to release some of the frustration on this episode to focus back on reading the chapter on justifications (self defense specifically).

  • Time For Transformation
    Apr 28 2020

It's been a while since I uploaded something. A friend reminded me that I am paying for talk time, and I should use. I've decided to change my perspective on my experience. Instead of focusing on the residual negative feelings, and the pain caused by the justice system. I've decided to focus my air time to the one that got me through it all, the one who kept me company in a lonely cell in county jail, and the one that used this experience to change me. In the darkest moments of my life, he shed mercy on me. He guided me, and advised me to get me where I needed to be. All through the words written in his bible. The experienced changed my life, but that wasn't enough. Now I seek Him, for His transformation. Understanding that only He can complete the change that was initiated in that little cell. I share my testimony, and some scripture. For those that don't believe, that is your free will to do so. Lord knows I use to be one of those people. An atheist I called myself before. My simple minded thinking led me down dark roads. Little did I know He was still near. Waiting for that moment I needed Him the most. I welcome you to share in his mercy with me, for he is our redeemer. Trust me it is never too late. You have already been forgiven for your transgressions, now you have to believe. God with us, who can be against us? He can cause change in our lives, but we have to allow the transformation to occur.
