The Spells We Live

Every spell or ritual I have ever done has had 3 parts:

Words to set the intention

Tools to move it along

And some sort of power source

I also apply this to our lives.

Our realities are a product of the "spell" we put on ourselves. The thoughts we think, the words we say, and the actions we take shape our entire lives. Our realities are just a reflection of that.

So we have the power to change our realities whenever we want, if we flip our words, change our habits, or rewrite our subconscious thoughts.

We can recast the spell for a new reality whenever we're ready.
