    Nicole Asselin graduated from Curry College in Milton Mass with a degree in English/Creative Writing, minoring in Dance in 2004. She also attended George Mason University and received a Master’s in Arts Management. She currently lives on the South Shore of Massachusetts with her three cats Madeline, The Captain, and Cooper Maye


    She is the current President of Sisters in Crime New England and on the committee of the NE Crime Bake held every November.


    The Ballpark Mystery series is her first series. Inspired by her Grandpa and Grandma Asselin, the book combines her two loves, mystery and baseball (Go Red Sox) into a new cozy genre.

    Mystery writing lets Peg Cochran indulge her curiosity under the guise of "work" (aka research). She put pen to paper at age seven when she wrote plays and forced her cousins to perform them at Christmas dinner. She switched to mysteries when she discovered the perfect hiding place for a body down the street from her house.

    When she's not writing, she spends her time reading, cooking, spoiling her grandchildren and checking her books' stats on Amazon.

    Darlene Dziomba combined her passion for the written word and animals into the Lily Dreyfus series. The books are written based on her experience as a volunteer at the Animal Welfare Association, a no-kill animal shelter in Voorhees, New Jersey. Darlene had a thirty-five-year career in Finance at the University of Pennsylvania, which aids her in crafting quirky characters. She is a member of Sisters in Crime, the Manuscript Swap Coordinator for the Guppies, and served as a mentor in the Sisters in Crime Mentorship pilot program.
